Do You have a return policy?

We want you to make sure your Bridal Buddy fits great! We have a 14 day return policy for Bridal Buddy (FROM DATE OF DELIVERY) if for any reason it does not fit or function the way you had envisioned. We do not accept any returns beyond that time. No exceptions. Refund for product only. *customer must pay to ship back* US CUSTOMERS ONLY

If you find that within 14 DAYS of receiving your Bridal Buddy® it is the incorrect length or size, please send it back and we will gladly exchange for the correct length. Customer must pay shipping costs to Bridal Buddy. (US ONLY)

"Standard" Shipping is from Northeast PA- and takes anywhere from 3-6 days via USPS. Need it right away? Make sure to choose PRIORITY shipping at checkout, and allow 2-3 days (depending on where you are located) to arrive. Any Priority orders placed AFTER 2:00p.m. EST on Wednesdays cannot guarantee product will arrive by Friday. Most Western US Destinations will arrive by Saturday. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DELAYS- AND CANNOT CREDIT FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

What is "one size fits most?"

Classic Bridal Buddy® has an elastic cord that can fit the smallest waist, yet when stretched completely open, extends to 4 feet wide! We've got your size covered.

Elastic Waist Bridal Buddy is available to fit sizes 2 to 30  in Bridal gown sizing

Is Bridal Buddy® easy to use?

If you can tie your shoes, you can use a Bridal Buddy®. Give it a few practice tries before your wedding. Just like your wedding shoes, you've got to break them in and they'll feel just right. If you have a lot of layers or a large train, you may need a little help getting all of that dress in the Bridal Buddy®.

After using the Bridal Buddy, be sure to pull the elastic cord on the hemline all the way back into it's original position before walking. If not, the cord will hang below the hemline- and there is a possibility of tripping over the cord.  

Will Bridal Buddy® work with a Mermaid or trumpet style gown?

We have a mermaid style Bridal Buddy! However, if your Mermaid gown is EXTRA FULL and a LARGE TRAIN, please order the classic OR Elastic waist Bridal Buddy so that all the layers will fit!
