Do You have a return policy?

We want you to make sure your Bridal Buddy fits great! We have a 14 day return policy for Bridal Buddy (FROM DATE OF DELIVERY) if for any reason it does not fit or function the way you had envisioned. We do not accept any returns beyond that time. No exceptions. Refund for product only. *customer must pay to ship back* 

If you find that within 14 DAYS of receiving your Bridal Buddy® it is the incorrect length or size, please send it back and we will gladly exchange for the correct length. Customer must pay shipping costs to Bridal Buddy. (US ONLY)

WE SHIP QUICKLY - SAME OR NEXT DAY PROCESSING

"Standard" Shipping is from Northeast PA- and takes anywhere from 4-8 days via Ground Advantage USPS. Need it right away? Make sure to choose PRIORITY shipping at checkout, and allow 2-6 days (depending on where you are located-ships from PA) to arrive. Please be aware- we do not control the mail. Once it leaves our facility- we cannot help how long it takes to get there even though USPS and UPS say it will be there at said time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS or UPS DELAYS- AND CANNOT CREDIT FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

Is Bridal Buddy® easy to use?

If you can tie your shoes, you can use a Bridal Buddy®. Give it a few practice tries before your wedding. Just like your wedding shoes, you've got to break them in and they'll feel just right. If you have a lot of layers or a large train, you may need a little help getting all of that dress in the Bridal Buddy®.

After using the Bridal Buddy, be sure to pull the elastic cord on the hemline all the way back into it's original position before walking. If not, the cord will hang below the hemline- and there is a possibility of tripping over the cord.
